Article 1 : Pricing
The published prices are in euros. The prices do not include holiday tax.
Article 2 : Booking and payment for services
Bookings are considered firm and definitive :
• When a file reserved on line is the subject of a secure payment by banker’s card. From the moment of sending the booking number appearing on the confirmation document sent on line at the time of booking and confirmed by email at the address indicated on the booking form.

• The deposit amount is fixed at 30% of the total price of the services, upon booking.
• Confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the booking is confirmed.
Article 3 : Paying the balance
• The customer must pay the balance for the agreed service remaining outstanding 30 days prior to the beginning of the holiday.
• Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are deemed to have cancelled their holiday. At this point in time the service is cancelled and no refund will be made.
Article 4 : Deposit
• In order to be entitled to use the kitchenette and for rentals, a deposit is required to cover the potential consequences of damage which may be attributed to the customer. This deposit must be paid upon arrival, by cheque only for an amount of € 200.
• An inventory shall be carried out on departure of the customer in order to check the contents of the accommodation. The deposit will be returned to the customer, minus any sum required to make good damage attributable to the Customer.
• The inventory will take place on the day of departure from 07:30. In the event of an early departure the deposit shall be returned within 48 hours of the Customer leaving.
Article 5 : Arrival
In the event of a late or delayed arrival or last-minute problem, the Customer must inform the Hotel by telephone. Services not used due to this delay shall remain payable and shall not be the subject of a refund.
Article 6 : Cancellation
By the customer: If the Customer has to cancel his/her holiday before the departure date, the following costs shall be charged , unless the departure is due to exceptional circumstances ( hospitalisation of a family member, death, illness of one of the guests with a doctor’s certificate)
More than 30 days before arrival: refund in full
From 30 to 21 days before the date of arrival: 25% of the total amount of the holiday is retained
From 20 to 8 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the total amount of the holiday is retained
From 7 to 2 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the total amount of the holiday is retained
Less than 2 days before the date of arrival or no service used whatsoever: 100% of the total amount of the holiday is retained
The Customer may not claim any compensation or refund if he/she shortens or interrupts his/her stay for any reason whatsoever. All services not used shall not be refunded
Article 7 : Accommodation
In the case of rentals, the agreement is based on a maximum accommodation capacity. If the number of participants exceeds the accommodation threshold, the service provider is entitled to refuse the extra guests and the agreement shall be terminated due to the customer’s fault. In this situation, the amount of the rental shall be retained by the service provider.
